Wiper Switch: Service and Repair

Fig. 18 Windshield wiper switch attaching screw locations.:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove horn pad, then remove steering wheel using a suitable puller.
3. Remove steering column cover.
4. Pull wiper/washer knob from switch.
5. Remove wiper/washer switch attaching screws, Fig. 18, then remove switch from cover.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
