GALANT WIRING HARNESS CONNECTOR CHANGE

PURPOSE





The connectors joining the body wiring harness and the left and right front door wiring harnesses have been changed in production from 16-pole type to 14-pole type as shown in Figure 1. This bulletin shows the Service Manual pages that must be updated to comply with this change.

EFFECTIVE POINT OF CHANGE
Galants built after the first of July, 1988, have the new 14-terminal connector.
