If it is necessary to replace a retractor mechanism, the replacement must be claimed on a normal "W" claim.

AND

A campaign claim must also be submitted as an "Inspection Only" claim in order to flag the VIN for campaign reporting purposes.

Seat belts covered by this recall will also be covered by a limited, lifetime warranty governed by the same warranty limitations and conditions as set forth for warranty coverage for 1996 model year MMSA vehicles.
