Dealers in the affected 21 state area will receive the following tools along with this bulletin:
^ 1.4 mm drill bits, Quantity = 2
^ Pin vise, Quantity = 1
^ 18 mm stepped drill (Unibit),
Quantity = 1.

Dealers outside the 21 state area will not receive these tools.
