Alternator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove alternator harness connector lock bolt, then harness connector.
3. Remove alternator pivot bolt, then alternator.
4. Remove drive belt, water pump pulley bolt, then both water pump pulleys.
5. Remove alternator brace, then alternator.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
