Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

PRELIMINARY INSPECTION
Prior to troubleshooting, check the following parts.
If there are defective ones, repair them.
(1) Check that the vacuum pump assembly, link assembly, actuator, cables and vacuum hoses are properly installed and that the cables and hoses are correctly routed.
(2) Check that the link assembly and all cables move smoothly.
(3) Check each of the cables for excessive slackness or tension.
