DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS
VOLTAGE REGULATOR REMOVAL
Tilt the regulator slightly from the plug connection until the regulator clears the housing then lift clear.
STATOR REMOVAL
When removing stator, unsolder the stator leads soldered to main diodes on rectifier.
CAUTION: When soldering or unsoldering, use care to make sure that heat of soldering iron in not transmitted to diodes for a long period. Finish soldering or unsoldering in as short a time as possible.
CAUTION: Use care that no undue force is exerted to leads of diodes.
