The internal IC unit includes the IC circuitry and pick-up coil windings in a single assembly, Fig. 12. Primary and power supply voltages should be checked at the IC unit connections inside the distributor. If voltages and external components check within specifications, but a no spark condition exists, replace IC assembly.
