Cylinder Head





Install cylinder head follow the steps below to tighten cylinder head bolts in numerical order as shown.

If cylinder head bolts re-used, check their outer diameters before installation. Refer to Removal and Replacement.










Intake Manifold (Lower)

Stud Bolt-to-head Torque 11.0 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8 ft-lb)





Tighten all nuts and bolts to the specified torque in two or more steps in numerical order as shown.





Intake Manifold Collector









- Tighten nuts and bolts in numerical order as shown.





Electronic Throttle Control Actuator




- Tighten bolts in numerical order as shown.


Camshaft Sprocket










Exhaust Manifold

Torque 30.5 N.m (3.1 Kg-m, 22 ft-lb)

Left:

Right:

Install exhaust manifold and tighten nuts in numerical order as shown.

CAUTION: Use new exhaust manifold nuts for installation.

NOTE: Tighten nuts No. 1 and 2 in two steps. The numerical order No. 7 and 8 show second step.
