Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Removal and Replacement.
2.Remove jack and tools.
3.Remove upper bracket of center seat belt retractor and belt assembly. Rear Seat Belt.
4.Remove the necessary push pins and reposition rear panel out of the way. Service and Repair.
5.Reposition the carpet to access differential lock control unit to disconnect connector.
6.Remove the two nuts and remove differential lock control unit.






INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten the differential lock control unit nuts to the specified torque.
Differential lock control unit nuts: 5.1 Nm (0.52 kg-m, 45 in-lb)
