BACK DOOR

BACK DOOR ASSEMBLY : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove back door lower finisher inner, back door upper finisher inner, back door side finisher inner. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal And Installation.
2.Disconnect connectors in back door, and then remove grommet, and pull out harness.
3.Remove grommet, and then disconnect connectors, and washer tube.
4.Pull harness and washer tube out of back door.
5.Support back door lock with the proper material to prevent it from falling.
6.Remove back door stay. Refer to "BACK DOOR STAY : Removal and Installation" Without Intelligent Key System.

CAUTION:
Perform work with 2 workers, because of its heavy weight.
7.Remove back door hinge mounting nuts on back door and remove back door assembly.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Check back door open/close, lock/unlock operation after installation.
- After installation, perform fitting adjustment. Refer to "BACK DOOR ASSEMBLY : Adjustment" Without Intelligent Key System.
