REAR SEAT

Disassembly and Assembly


SEATBACK

Disassembly
1.Remove the seatback side bracket.





Remove the mounting bolt (A), and then remove seatback side bracket.
2.Remove the seatback trim and seatback pad.





- Turn seatback lock knob counterclockwise to remove.
- Remove the clips and pawl, and the seatback lock finisher.

Broken circle indicates : Clip
Broken triangle indicates : Pawl

- Remove the seatback trim and seatback pad from the seatback frame.
- Remove the hog rings to separate the seatback trim and seatback pad.
3.Remove the seatback silencer.
4.Remove the seatback lock assembly.





Remove the mounting bolts (A), and then remove seatback lock assembly.
Assembly
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

CAUTION:
Install the hog rings of seatback trim in position, and then securely connect the trim or trim cord with the seatback frame and pad wire.

SEAT CUSHION

Disassembly
Remove the hog rings to separate the seat cushion trim and seat cushion pad.
Assembly
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

CAUTION:
Install the hog rings of seat cushion trim in position, and then securely connect the trim cord with the seat cushion frame and pad wire.
