Receiver Dryer: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge A/C system.
2. Disconnect wiring harness connector to pressure switch.
3. Disconnect refrigerant line at drier inlet, then plug line and open fitting.
4. Disconnect refrigerant line at drier outlet, then plug line and open fitting.
5. Remove bolts securing receiver/drier, and remove unit.
6. Reverse procedure to install, evacuate and recharge system, and check for leaks.
