Temperature Control Amplifier Circuit

Fig. 84 Temperature Control Amplifier Circuit Test Connections:





1. Leave "check" terminal adapter in place and set mode control in OFF position.
2. Connect a voltmeter to "check" terminal, reaching behind adapter, Fig. 84.
3. Switch ignition to ACC position, place mode control in AUTO position, and immediately read meter while moving temperature control from stop to stop.
4. Meter should read approximately 2.5 volts at coldest setting and approximately 7.0 volts at hottest setting, and meter movement should be smooth and progressive.
5. If meter readings are not as specified, check wiring harness, control amplifier, and feedback rheostat.
