Multi-Function Thermal Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

1. Remove screws securing righthand lower dash and glove box and remove panels.
2. Loosen bolts securing evaporator case and remove clips on rear side of case.
3. Carefully remove thermostat sensor tube from evaporator.
4. Disconnect wiring harness connector to thermostat, remove retaining screws and remove thermostat.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
