This system shuts off fuel supply during high speed deceleration to improve fuel economy. This system will operate only when all of the following conditions are met: coolant temperature is above 122'F, engine speed above 2150 RPM, while decelerating, throttle valve closed, shift lever engaged in other than neutral, and clutch engaged.
