This system shuts off fuel supply during deceleration to improve fuel economy. This system will operate only when all of the following condition are met: ignition key on, intake manifold vacuum above 22.83 inches Hg while vehicle is decelerating, vehicle speed above 40 m.p.h., transmission engaged in other than neutral, and clutch engaged.
