Fig. 78 ATC System "Check" Terminal:

A "check" terminal, Fig. 78, is provided so that the temperature control amplifier, transducer, ambient and in-car sensors, feedback rheostat and trimmer, and related circuits can be tested without removing the instrument panel. The "check" terminal is accessible after removing the RH lower dash panel and floor nozzle. Do not remove wiring harness adapter from "check" terminal unless instructed to do so in procedure. Procedures must be followed in order to ensure correct test results.
