A.S.C.D. Actuator

CAUTION: Do not apply engine vacuum directly to diaphragm for testing purposes. Use a hand vacuum pump.

1. Visually check for cracked diaphragm or other damage.
2. Ensure that actuator moves smoothly without binding when diaphragm is collapsed by hand.
3. Apply vacuum and check that diaphragm moves to full "ON" position.
4. Hold vacuum and make sure diaphragm does not leak.
5. If not as specified, replace actuator.
