This system shuts off fuel during deceleration at high speeds to improve fuel economy. This system operates only when the following conditions are met: coolant temperature is above 122°F for manual transmission or above 140°F for automatic transmission, engine speed is above 2000 RPM, throttle valve is closed, transmission is not in neutral, and clutch is engaged.
