SERVICE INFORMATION

The exhaust system of some California Sentra and Pulsar NX models may exhibit a buzz or rattle noise. This noise is especially noticeable during the engine warm-up period.

All 1982-1984 California vehicles and 1985 California vehicles built within the VIN ranges below can be repaired by replacing the front exhaust tube and heatshields with a modified part (P/N 20010-04A70). 1985 and 1986 vehicles built after the VINs below are already equipped with the modified part.
