Beginning with the Applied VINs above, the room lamp/clock fuse in 1985 Maxima vehicles has been changed from a 10A fuse to a 15A fuse. The fuse change was made to prevent the fuse from blowing due to a surge of high current from the trunk opener solenoid. If this condition occurs on vehicles built prior to the Applied VINs above, replace the 10A fuse with a 15A fuse P/N 08941-21500). After installing the 15A fuse, place a '15A' sticker (included with this bulletin) over the '10A' room lamp/clock fuse identification label located on the fuse block cover.
