Test Description

Refer to the troubleshooting chart, Fig. 22 and circuit diagrams, Figs. 23 through 28 to determine which circuits or components are to be tested. With the ignition switch in the off position, disconnect battery ground cable and lead wire at starter ``S'' terminal. Remove components necessary to allow air door of air flow meter to be opened manually.
On 1985-86 200SX and Stanza and 1986 Stanza Wagon models, disconnect 15 pin and 20 pin connectors from control unit.
The following procedures use an ohmmeter to test continuity.
