Assembly - Left Side

1. Assemble the left side of the engine by completing the following steps:

A. Reinstall the air hoses to the throttle body.

B. Reinstall the water and vacuum hoses to the left side of the plenum. (Pay close attention to the throttle chamber hoses near ASCD bracket).

C. Reinstall the AAC valve hose. Reconnect the connector for the AAC valve and the FICD solenoid valve.

D. Reconnect the connectors to the throttle sensor and the throttle sensor switch.

E. Reconnect the A/C compressor harness and exhaust gas sensor harness connectors.

F. Secure the ground wire at the plenum.

G. Connect the three injector connectors to the left side appropriate injectors.

H. Connect the accelerator and ASCD wires to the throttle valve and secure the bracket in place.
