Outlet Door Control

Outlet Door Control - System Operation:

OUTLET DOOR CONTROL
Outlet door is controlled automatically by outlet temperature which is determined by auto amp. to obtain the setting temperature.

9) Sunload sensor amplifier
10) Water temperature sensor
11) Mode relay

Outlet Door Control - System Operation:

System operation
Outlet door control system is linked to air mix door control system. The auto amp. determines the proper outlet according to the required discharge air temperature. This is computed by the air mix door control system. It drives the solenoid valves of solenoid valve set. The shift actuator changes the outlet with the aid of vacuum pressure supplied by solenoid valve.

Vacuum Combination Valve - Operation:

Vacuum Combination Valve Operation
When discharging mode is changed from "VENT" to "FOOT";
1) Auto amp. makes short circuit between line 5 and ground.
2) Shift actuator connects lines 14 and 684, then solenoid valve (A) is operated.
3) Port A and port A' are connected by the vacuum pressure supplied from solenoid valve A, and as ventilator valve 1 is operated, it sends outside air to port B'.
4) The shift actuator is supplied with vacuum pressure from port A', and atmospheric pressure from port B'. This causes the shift actuator to move its switch position to "FOOT". When the switch position arrives at "FOOT", the solenoid valve A is turned off by shift actuator switch. One-way valve Y and ventilator valve 1 are then closed and shift actuator is fixed.
