Electronic Concentrated Engine Control System (ECCS)

The exhaust gas sensor is a transducer that produces voltage depending on the air/fuel mixture ratio. The voltage varies in direct proportion to the density of oxygen in the exhaust gas. Voltage increases in the presence of a rich mixture and decreases when the mixture is lean. The signal from the sensor activates the control unit to provide optimum fuel injection.
