Fig. 27 Thermal vacuum valve operating specifications:

1. Drain approximately 1 1-8 qts. of coolant from radiator.
2. Remove thermal vacuum valve.
3. Inhale air from port of spark timing control system and ensure thermal vacuum valve opens and closes according to specifications, Fig. 27.
