Mixture Heating System

1. Check continuity between terminals of mixture heater, replacing carburetor insulator if resistance is too high.
2. With engine off, turn ignition switch to ``On'' and ensure that there is battery voltage at mixture heater harness connector. If there is no voltage, check water temperature switch and mixture heater relay.
3. Check continuity between terminals of water temperature switch at connector.
4. Check mixture heater relay.
