Throttle Full Open Switch HVAC: Testing and Inspection

1. Connect ohmmeter between switch terminal and ground and a vacuum gauge in switch vacuum line.
2. Ensure that switch shows no continuity when vacuum is less than 3.94 inches Hg. and shows continuity when vacuum is greater than 7.09 inches Hg.
