A/C INSTALLATION SUPPLEMENT

APPLIED MODEL: 1987 Sentra and Pulsar NX

SERVICE INFORMATION

When installing an air conditioning kit (P/N B7000-60A01) in the Applied Models, the following installation supplement has been added to A/C kits with serial numbers 60A01-1003002 and later:

When installing the condenser fan assembly to the shroud as described on page 7, step 16, install the three (3) spacers (provided in kit) between the condenser fan bracket and heat shield as shown below. These spacers will move the heat shield away from the shroud and prevent the heat shield from contacting the fan harness.
Observe the tightening torque specification for the fan assembly securing nuts and DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS!
