Clutch Bleed Procedure

Fig. 4 Clutch Bleed Procedure:

1. Fill reservoir to full level with brake fluid.
2. Connect a transparent vinyl tube to air bleeder valve, Fig. 4.
3. Fully depress clutch pedal several times.
4. With clutch fully depressed, open bleeder valve to release air.
5. Close bleeder valve when pedal reaches floor.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until all air is bleed from the clutch system.
7. Bleed air from clutch piping connector according to steps 3 through 6.
8. Repeat procedure several times to ensure all air from clutch system.
