Flow of Diagnosis

1. Check battery for sufficient charge and voltage.
2. Ensure aftermarket accessories such as, alarm, phone, CB, stereo, etc. are not causing interference.
3. Proceed to SELF CHECK.
4. If Self Check is OK, refer to DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM and proceed to related test.
