1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove stabilizer bar attaching bolts as shown in Figs. 6 through 8, then stabilizer bar.

3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. When installing bar make sure paint mark and clamp face is in their correct position, Fig. 9.
b. On Maxima and 1989 300ZX models, install stabilizer bar with ball joint sockets positioned as shown in Fig. 10.
