Lighting and Horns: Adjustments

Aiming Headlights:

Before adjusting headlights, observe the following:

1. Inflate tires to correct pressure.
2. Place car and tester on same flat surface.
3. Except for normal fluid levels, have no load in vehicle except driver (or equivalent weight placed in driver's position).
4. Consult regulations for your area.

Use approved aiming equipment or a wall screen. If neither is available, adjust aim as follows:

NOTE: Tighten adjust screws all the way and make adjustments by loosening screws.

1. Turn on low beam.
2. Adjust so upper and left edge of high intensity zone is within acceptable range as shown on image.
