Idle Up Control Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect FICD electrical connector.
2. Apply battery voltage to the FICD. A clicking sound should be heard when power is applied. If not proceed to step #3.

3. Remove the solenoid and check for sticking plunger or broken spring. Replace the solenoid if it fails test.
