Fig. 11 OPZ25V & OPZ25VA Type Front Disc Brake Disassembled:

1. Raise and support front of vehicle and remove wheel.
2. Remove brake hose lock spring if necessary and lower pin bolt Fig. 11, then pivot caliper body upwards.
3. Remove pad retainers, inner and outer shims and the pads.
4. Install new inner pad and pivot caliper downward.
5. Compress piston(s) by inserting bar through caliper opening and prying against torque member.
6. Pivot caliper upwards, then install outer pad, inner and outer shims and pad retainers.
7. Position caliper body and install lower pin.
