Fig. 15 OPZ11VB Type Rear Disc Brake Disassembled:

1. Raise and support rear of vehicle and remove wheels.
2. Remove caliper guide pin, then swing cylinder body upward.
3. Remove pad retainer, then the pads and shims, Fig. 15.
4. To install new pads, bring piston and yoke into position by turning outer piston clockwise until it retracts into caliper body.
5. Move yoke with lever until clearance to install inner and outer pads are equal.
6. Install pads and new shims, making sure tab on back of pad is aligned with groove in piston.
7. Install pad retainers.
