On some 1990 300ZX vehicles equipped with either Automatic or Manual Air Conditioners, customers may complain about air conditioner performance. Starting with the Applied VINs listed above, improved A/C components have been installed at the factory that enhance A/C system performance. In addition, a service kit is now available that contains these new components. Included in this kit are; a new seal for the blower unit, larger flow pipes and a modified cooler unit. These new parts allow for better refrigerant flow, improved sealing and reduced cool-down times.

When a customer complains of air conditioner performance, install this kit to eliminate the incident. Use the following service procedure to install the kit components.
