Lighting and Horns: Service and Repair

1. On models with airbag, disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING & DISARMING.
2. On models less airbag, disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove steering column shell covers.
4. Disconnect switch electrical connections.

Combination Switch/Replacement:

5. It is not necessary to remove combination switch base to replace light switch.
6. Remove retaining screws and switch.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
