Fuel Pump Fuse:

1. Remove fuel pump fuse from fuse box.
2. Start engine.
3. When engine stalls, crank or attempt to restart engine 2 or 3 times to release pressure.
4. Turn ignition switch off and reinstall fuel pump fuse.

Fuel Pump Removal:

5. Working inside luggage compartment, disconnect fuel pump electrical connector.
6. Remove fuel supply and return lines.
7. Remove fuel pump mounting screws and pull fuel pump from tank.
8. Reverse procedure to install, using new o-ring and torque fuel pump mounting screws to 1.4 - 1.9 ft-lb (2.0 - 2.5 Nm).
