Without Supplemental Restraint System

1. Remove two attaching screws from rear of steering wheel, then remove horn pad.
2. Remove steering wheel using puller tool No. J25726-A or equivalent.
3. Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. When installing apply suitable grease to entire surface of turn signal cancel pin and horn contact slip ring.
b. Torque steering wheel attaching nut to 22-29 ft. lbs.
