SERVICE INFORMATION:

There is a possibility that the rear final drive side oil seal may be damaged when installing the drive shaft/side flange. Therefore, a side oil seal protector has been introduced. Dealers may order this tool by completing a Kent-Moore "standard" order form or, if an "emergency," order, by calling: 1-800-345-2233. This Technical Bulletin shows how to use this protector (Figure 1) and identify appropriate tool numbers (Figure 2).
