SERVICE INFORMATION

On some 300ZX vehicles, customers may complain that the Main Power Window Switch is not operating properly.

To resolve this complaint, a Countermeasure Main Power Window Switch is available. The Countermeasure Switch is an optimized design which utilizes a dust cover to limit intake of dust particles into the switch assembly.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Remove the original Main Power Window Switch and replace it with the Countermeasure Unit. Refer to page BF-20 graphic "L" of the appropriate service manual for additional service information.
