Fan Switch Inspection:

FAN SWITCH
^ Check continuity between terminals at each switch position.

Blower Motor Inspection:

BLOWER MOTOR
^ Confirm smooth rotation of the blower motor.
^ Ensure that there are no foreign particles inside the intake unit.

Blower Resistor Inspection:

BLOWER RESISTOR
^ Check continuity between terminals.

A/C Switch Inspection:

A/C SWITCH
^ Check continuity between terminals at each switch position.

Dual-Pressure Switch Inspection:

Ambient Switch:

A/C Relay And Max. Cold Relay Inspection:

[1][2]A/C RELAY AND MAX. COLD RELAY
Check circuit continuity between terminals by supplying 12 volts to coil side terminal of A/C relay (or Max. cold relay).

Water Cock Solenoid Valve Inspection:

WATER COCK SOLENOID VALVE
Check continuity between terminals.

Full Cold Switch Inspection:

FULL COLD SWITCH
Check continuity between terminals with temperature control lever set at full cold position.

Vent Mode Switch Inspection:

VENT MODE SWITCH
Check continuity between terminals with mode switch set at VENT mode.
