Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disable airbag as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING & DISARMING.
2. Remove steering column covers.

Combination Switch/Replacement:

3. Disconnect light switch electrical connections then remove switch retaining screws and the light switch. It is not necessary to remove combination switch base to replace light switch.
4. Reverse procedure to install, then rearm airbag as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING & DISARMING.
