Throttle Position Sensor: Locations

AUXILIARY AIR CONTROL VALVE (AAC)
The Auxiliary Air Control Valve (AAC) is located on the back side of the intake plenum in the engine compartment.

AIR INDUCTION VALVE (AIV)
The Air Induction Valve (AIV) is located under the air flow meter in the engine compartment.

AIR INDUCTION VALVE (AIV) SOLENOID
The Air Induction Valve (AIV) Solenoid is located near the Air Induction Valve in the engine compartment.

CANISTER PURGE CONTROL VALVE
The Canister Purge Control Valve is incorporated into the charcoal canister which is mounted to the left radiator support.

CHARCOAL CANISTER
The Charcoal Canister is mounted to the left radiator support.

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE (EGR)
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve (EGR) is mounted to the rear of the intake plenum.

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE (EGR) SOLENOID
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR) Solenoid is located at the rear of the engine compartment between the valve cover and the firewall.

IDLE SWITCH
The Idle Switch is mounted on the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.

OXYGEN SENSOR (O2)
The Oxygen (O2) Sensor is threaded into the exhaust manifold near the rear of the engine compartment.

POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION VALVE (PCV)
The Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV) is threaded into a breather which is mounted to the front right of the engine and connected to the lower side of the intake plenum by a curved hose.

THROTTLE VALVE SENSOR
The Throttle Valve Sensor is mounted on the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.
