SERVICE INFORMATION:

Radios in some of the above-referenced vehicles may exhibit intermittent rapid radio station scan that will not stop; intermittent locking of radio on one station; no cassette fast forward, rewind, "Auto Program Search"; or no program direction change function. Although these symptoms may be difficult to reproduce, a physical inspection of the control or selector buttons will usually reveal a lack of positive detent displacement (ie, "click") on one or more buttons.

REPAIR INFORMATION:

Remove and replace the Radio/Cassette Combo when these symptoms are reported on the indicated vehicle models with the affected units.
