Forward Clutch (Rear)

FORWARD CLUTCH (REAR)




Service procedures for forward clutch (Rear) are essentially the same as those for high-reverse clutch (Front), with the following exception:




Specified clearance between retaining plate and snap ring:
Standard: 0.5 - 0.8 mm (0.020 - 0.031 in.)
Allowable limit: 1.3 mm (0.063 in.)

- Check drive plate facing for wear or damage.
If necessary, replace.

Drive plate thickness:
Standard: 1.50 - 1.65 mm (0.0591 - 0.0650 in.)
Allowable limit: 1.3 mm (0.051 in.)




- After assembly, check the operation of clutch.
