Oxygen Sensor: Locations

Component Locations:

AUXILIARY AIR CONTROL VALVE (AAC)
The Auxiliary Air Control Valve (AAC) is located on the back side of the intake plenum in the engine compartment.

AIR INDUCTION VALVE (AIV)
The Air Induction Valve (AIV) is located under the air flow meter in the engine compartment.

AIR INDUCTION VALVE (AIV) SOLENOID
The Air Induction Valve (AIV) Solenoid is located near the Air Induction Valve in the engine compartment.

CANISTER PURGE CONTROL VALVE
The Canister Purge Control Valve is incorporated into the charcoal canister which is located near the power brake booster in the rear of the engine compartment.

CHARCOAL CANISTER
The Charcoal Canister is mounted near the power brake booster in the rear of the engine compartment.

IDLE SWITCH
The Idle Switch is mounted on the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.

OXYGEN SENSOR (O2)
The Oxygen (O2) Sensor is threaded into the exhaust pipe near the junction of the exhaust manifold and the exhaust header pipe.

POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION VALVE (PCV)
The Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV) is threaded into the intake plenum near the auxiliary air control valve.

THROTTLE VALVE SENSOR
The Throttle Valve Sensor is mounted on the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.
