DISASSEMBLY




Remove valves at retainer plate.
For removal procedures, refer to DISASSEMBLY" of Control Valve Upper Body.

INSPECTION

Inspection Standard:

Valve springs
- Check each valve spring for damage or deformation. Also measure free length and outer diameter.
- Numbers for each valve spring listed in the table below are the same as those in the figure at the top of this page.
- Replace valve springs if deformed or fatigued.

Control valves
- Check sliding surfaces of control valves, sleeves and plugs for damage.

ASSEMBLY




- Install control valves.
For Installation procedures, refer to "ASSEMBLY" of Control Valve Upper Body.

Retainer Plate:

- Install proper retainer plates
